Improving your vocabulary is essential for a high score

Vocabulary for IELTS
IELT TheInternational English Language Testing System, that is IELTS, is the Englishlanguage proficiency test for those who want to study or work in a countrywhere english is the language of communication.Established in 1989, this test is jointly managed by the BritishCouncil, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English. This test is the most important English language test. This test is divided into two modules, namely IELTS generaltraining and IELTS academic. The purpose of the applicant’s test application will determine which module they choose. If the candidate is applying to furtherstudies in any academic area, he/she should choose IELTS academic. However, if the purpose is to test for a profession, job, or to migrate, IELTSgeneral training is the best option. These versions assess the candidate’s ability in English language reading, writing, listening, speaking and writing. One thing is certain for all sections: you must have a standard vocabulary in order to pass the test. You must deal with words every minute, especially in writing and speaking sections. There is no “sorting hat” as in Harry Potter. No one can read your brain without you using a word. Only if you know the words in the question, can you listen and speak.
Only then can you complete the sections in the allotted timelength.
What role does vocabulary play in different sections?
Vocabulary in Reading Section:-. You will be given passages to read and asked questions about the content. If you cannot decipher the questions, it is impossible to give an answer.
Section Vocabulary in Writing
Writing section tests your ability to communicate your ideas and understanding in words using a rich vocabulary and grammar. One question will ask you to explain a visual representation in your own words. Another question will require you to debate and present your opinions on the topic. You will need to be aware that your words are the exact expression of the visual image. For the second task, you will need to use clear and precise words to express your views and reduce ambiguity.
Vocabulary in the Listening Section
The listening section includes four recordings of native English speakers. This test will assess your ability to understand and interpret the speaker’s opinions and attitudes and help you formulate your thoughts about the speech. You will need to be familiar with the accents used in the recordings. It will take you a long time to understand the accents if it is unfamiliar. Even if you know the word well, sometimes the pronunciation might be different.
Vocabulary section for speaking
The speakingtest is designed to assess your fluency in English language, how fast you can form ideas and understand them to a meaningful understanding. Vocabulary plays an important role in the formation of meaningful sentences. Your unfamiliarity with the words could be a problem because 20 to 30 percent of your points are based on vocabulary.
You must have realized that vocabulary is not a specific section of IELTS, but it is the common element in all sections.
One might ask, “Why?” What?
